We had the pleasure of documenting Clark’s 10-year anniversary celebration at Festsaal Kreuzberg in Berlin. The event brought together the Clark team for an evening of talks, teamwork, and fun.
Highlights from the Event

The program included lectures, panel discussions, and interactive team activities such as ping pong, football, and even a cyber-security challenge, where participants had to break into a computer to find a hidden password.

Last month we had the pleasure of photographing the Cruise Arabia booth at Seatrade Europe 2025 in Hamburg. The event is one of the leading trade shows for the cruise and maritime industry. The project was produced on behalf of Pico,, and our goal was to capture both the design of the booth and the people who brought it to life.
Highlights from Seatrade Europe 2025
Before the exhibition opened, we took photos of the booth while it was still empty.
This gave us the chance to show its structure and clean design without any distractions.
These images serve two important goals: they document Pico’s creative work for their portfolio and give the client a clear visual reference for future events.
During the show, our focus as event photographers in Hamburg was on interaction, smiles, and handshakes.
We looked for genuine moments of connection that reflect the atmosphere of a busy trade fair.

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing the first conference of the European Association of Climate Law (EACL), hosted together with IKEM – Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility, in Berlin. The event brought together experts, researchers, and policy makers to address one of the most urgent questions of our time: how to respond to climate overshoot.
Highlights from the EACL Conference
From carbon dioxide removal technologies to intergenerational equity, climate litigation, and the role of companies in climate protection – the conference was filled with inspiring discussions and valuable insights.
The event photographer’s task was to document not only the speakers and presentations but also the atmosphere in the room, the lively discussions, networking moments, and the energy of a community committed to climate law.

There was a real buzz in the room when the EHS Congress Berlin 2025 started at the Hilton Berlin. The venue was a perfect stage for three inspiring days. Keynotes, networking, workshops, and evening dinners kept the energy high. Themes such as safety leadership, safety culture, ESG, and future-ready leadership were at the heart of the event.

Event Photography at the EHS Congress
Over three days, we photographed the keynote speakers, panel sessions, workshops, and networking events. We also covered the evening dinner and social program. In every photo, our focus was to capture not only the content but also the spirit of the Congress.
In addition, these images gave the organizers valuable material for communication and promotion. Professional conference photography builds long-term value and strengthens future campaigns.
Videography & Post-Production
Our videographer filmed plenary sessions, interviews, and the evening program. In addition, we created a highlight reel and short clips for social media. Editing was handled by our on-site and post-production editor. As a result, the client received a fast turnaround and consistent branding — just as we do for other corporate video productions.
Livestream for a Global Audience
A livestream makes it possible to reach people beyond the venue. For the EHS Congress, our livestream director managed a multi-camera setup. As a result, international participants could join the sessions live, no matter where they were.
Moreover, livestreaming increased the impact of the Congress by connecting a much larger audience. Today, this is a vital part of any modern conference.
Behind the Scenes – A Four-Person Team
To cover such a large event, we worked as a four-person crew:

- On-site editor for same-day turnaround
Thanks to this setup, we delivered photos within one to two business days. In addition, the video highlights were ready shortly after the event. This efficient workflow helped the organizers share content quickly.

Our event team, composed of photographers, videographers, and livestream specialists, recently excelled at the EHS Congress in Berlin. This complex event spanned two days, with multiple locations and simultaneous sessions, yet our team managed it seamlessly.
Our female event photographer captured every significant moment, focusing on the small interactions and each speaker, adding a personal touch to our coverage.
At the same time, our videographer was busy filming engaging scenes featuring the event’s chair, Andrew Sherman. They also put together a dynamic highlights reel that showcased the event’s best moments.
Our livestream team set up multiple cameras to broadcast the event live on LinkedIn. They expertly displayed each speaker’s name and title, ensuring the online audience could easily follow the presentations.

Recently, our talented event videographer captured a heartwarming event for the ECJC in Berlin. This special gathering marked the first time members had seen each other in several years due to the pandemic. Fruit Logistica 2023 – Booth Photography
Recently, our team of two photographers attended the Fruit Logistica Fair in Berlin, where they captured the booths of two dynamic companies Giro and Fruitmasters Each photographer showcased their unique style, which enhanced the visibility of each booth.
Firstly, one event photographer concentrated on the lively atmosphere. They snapped vibrant photos filled with bright colors and innovative fruit displays. Furthermore, they captured attendees interacting with the products, which added a dynamic touch and emphasized the company’s focus on quality and customer engagement.
