SeeSaw provided photography, video production and livestreaming for EHS Congress Berlin 2025 at the Hilton Berlin. Across three days, the programme brought together keynotes, workshops, networking and evening events, with safety leadership, safety culture and ESG among the themes.

One congress, three forms of coverage

Our photographer documented speakers, panel sessions, workshops and conversations between delegates. The photographic coverage also included the evening dinner and social programme, giving the organisers material from both the formal sessions and the encounters around them.

Event video and live production

The videographer filmed plenary sessions, interviews and the evening programme. A highlight film and short social media clips formed part of the video delivery. Editing was handled on site and in post-production.

For participants joining remotely, the livestream director coordinated a multi-camera production. This allowed audiences beyond the venue to follow the congress sessions as they happened.

A four-person production team

The crew combined a photographer, videographer, livestream director and on-site editor. This division of responsibilities supported photography, recorded video and live transmission during the same event. Photos were delivered within one to two business days, with video highlights following shortly after the congress.
