Our event team, composed of photographers, videographers, and livestream specialists, recently excelled at the EHS Congress in Berlin. This complex event spanned two days, with multiple locations and simultaneous sessions, yet our team managed it seamlessly.
Our female event photographer captured every significant moment, focusing on the small interactions and each speaker, adding a personal touch to our coverage.
At the same time, our videographer was busy filming engaging scenes featuring the event’s chair, Andrew Sherman. They also put together a dynamic highlights reel that showcased the event’s best moments.
Our livestream team set up multiple cameras to broadcast the event live on LinkedIn. They expertly displayed each speaker’s name and title, ensuring the online audience could easily follow the presentations.
The client was thrilled with our work, marking our sixth successful year at the EHS Congress. We’re proud to consistently exceed expectations with high-quality visuals and professional streaming.
Event Video of the ECJC event in Berlin
Recently, our talented event videographer captured a heartwarming event for the ECJC in Berlin. This special gathering marked the first time members had seen each other in several years due to the pandemic. The focus of our video was the sheer joy of reunion, capturing happy faces, heartfelt emotions, and the overall excitement of being together again.
The video highlights the laughter, warm embraces, and animated conversations among the members. By zooming in on these moments, the video not only preserves memories but also emphasizes the strong community bonds within the ECJC. This approach helps convey the event’s atmosphere in a vivid and engaging way.
Furthermore, the videographer used techniques that enhanced the emotional impact of the scenes. Slow-motion captures of smiles and quick cuts of enthusiastic greetings made the highlight reel not only a document of the event but a celebration of human connection.

Case Study: Onsite edit at the ITB
Onsite video editing for Shurooq (Sharjah Investment and Development Authority)
The Event
This was Shurooq’s 12th consecutive year of participating at ITB Berlin — the world’s largest travel and trade exhibition. Taking place between 6 to 10 March 2019, Shurooq’s booth at ITB Berlin showcased Sharjah’s key achievements in the travel and tourism sectors on leading global platforms, besides unveiling the latest developments on its cultural and eco-tourism profile.
The Video
In addition to event photography and videography of the client’s booth at the 2019 Berlin ITB Fair, the client requested for us to produce a short video that they could post on their Instagram account on the same day to boost awareness and visibility of Shurooq and Sharjah. To produce the Instagram video, we went through all the relevant footage shot throughout the day which captured special event highlights, the ambiance of the location, interviews with important guests, networking and interaction with clients and public visitors, and the general atmosphere of the event. After selecting the relevant frames, condensing certain parts for a time-lapse effect, adding in necessary special effects, a dynamic music track, as well as the client’s branding, we had the completed video ready for the client to share with their Instagram followers.

Case Study: Video & Photography – Messe Frankfurt
Corman Event Video & Photography at the Messe Frankfurt
The Client
Corman is a market leader in manufacturing and marketing the best butter, creams, and functional milk fats.
The Project
The client engaged us for event photography and videography of their booth at the Fi Europe exhibition at the Messe Frankfurt. Fi Europe showcases the world’s leading F&B industry players and the latest innovative ingredients and services.
Our task was to capture key highlights of the client’s exhibition in photos and video for branding and PR purposes.
Challenges
Since we only had five days’ notice before the event, we had to work smart and fast, which meant being careful with time management and being super organised to avoid mistakes.
First, we had to find an available photographer in Frankfurt who could support us with both photography and videography. Prepping for the event was also quite a challenge, as photography and videography require completely different setups and approaches. While it wasn’t ideal for one photographer to manage both at the same time, he was resourceful and skilled enough to get the job done in the most efficient way.
Uploading a day’s worth of raw video footage to the cloud takes much more storage space and time compared with a regular photography assignment, which meant additional planning required to ensure a smooth delivery.
Unique Features
We decided to go with a different editing approach for the video. Rather than the typical formal corporate video, we gave it a fun and comical tone using a combination of playful background music and editing style.

Shurooq – Sharjah Investment & Development Authority – ITB 2018
This event was part of the ITB 2018 – world’s largest tourism trade fair taking place in Berlin, Germany.
In this event our team was built from, a cameraman, and editor.
Our videographer captured the event’s highlights, made interviews and documented the networking and the booth.
The onsite editing was a challenge to our editor who manages to work against time and edit 3 short clips during each day.
During 2 days we were, creating 6 short clips that were released to social media during the day.

For this KiC Innoenergy event that took place in Berlin, we used a team of 2 cameraman to document the atmosphere and the interviews, 2 more cameraman to document the parallel sessions, and one digital operator to control all the data from 4 different videographers.
