SeeSaw covered the Arival event in Berlin over three days with a team of two videographers, an assistant and a photographer. The brief brought together event photography, participant interviews and video highlights.
Photographing the full programme
The photographic delivery included a selection of the best images of each speaker, alongside networking, the evening party and exhibition booths. This gave the client coverage of both the formal programme and the activity around it.
Participant interviews with two cameras
We recorded interviews using two cameras and a boom microphone for sound. The two-camera setup provided different views of each participant for the video edit.
The final delivery included ten participant testimonials as well as a highlight showreel. These formats served different purposes: the testimonials presented participants’ experiences, while the showreel brought together highlights from the event.
Supporting the next event in Asia
Alongside the Berlin coverage, we produced an Arival Asia promotional video for the next event in Asia. This added a film focused on the upcoming event to the photography, interviews and highlights delivered for the project.
Across the three days, the team delivered a collection spanning speakers, interviews, networking, booths and the evening programme.
