How we work
From the exhibition brief to the finished film.
1. Brief and exhibition access
Send the show dates, hall and stand number, filming windows, contact person and references. We agree accreditation, access, usage and the production scope.
2. Planned filming on the show floor
Stand coverage, interviews and key appointments follow one agreed schedule, coordinated with your exhibition team.
3. Editing and delivery
We agree film lengths, formats, captions, feedback rounds and delivery dates. Channel-specific versions are considered from the start.

Do you film only in Berlin?
Berlin is our main base. We can also cover trade fairs in Hamburg, Frankfurt and other European exhibition locations by arrangement. Each example is labelled with its actual filming location.
Can we book photography and video together?
Yes. Trade fair photography and video can follow one shared brief. Team size and scheduling depend on the stand, programme and required deliverables.
Can you deliver short social clips?
Yes. Short versions, portrait and landscape formats, and subtitles can be agreed alongside the main film. The Shurooq example demonstrates a one-minute social format.
How much does trade fair video production cost?
The quote depends on filming days, team size, interviews, sound, editing scope and usage. Send your brief and deadline so we can propose a suitable production.
