Business portraits, headshots and executive photographs

A good company portrait should look like the person and fit the way your business communicates. We photograph employees, managers and leadership teams in Berlin, with portraits planned for company websites, press profiles, LinkedIn and internal communications.

The brief can focus on clean headshots, environmental portraits in the workplace or a consistent series for several people. For new team members, share examples of your existing photographs so we can discuss how the next session should fit the collection.

A portrait session at your office

We plan the location, background and lighting with you before the shoot. A quiet meeting room or a suitable area of the workplace can become the portrait setting, depending on the look you want and the space available.

During the session we guide posture, expression and positioning. For a team shoot, an agreed running order helps people return to their working day and keeps the photographic approach consistent.

How we plan your portrait shoot

1. Define the photographs you need

Tell us how many people will be photographed, the roles of the images, preferred backgrounds and whether you need individual portraits, group photographs or both. Share brand guidelines and reference images where available.

2. Agree the schedule and location

We discuss the available room, access, setup time and each person’s availability. Different looks, clothing changes and several locations affect the schedule, so the session plan follows the brief rather than an assumed number of people per hour.

3. Confirm selection, retouching and delivery

Before production, we agree how images will be selected, the level of retouching, the required file formats and the delivery date. Let us know if you need both horizontal and vertical crops or a particular website layout.

Questions about business portrait photography

How much does a portrait shoot cost?

The quote depends on the number of people and final images, the lighting and location setup, the time required, retouching and intended usage. Send the brief and deadline so we can propose a suitable production plan.

What should the team wear?

Choose clothing appropriate to the role and the company’s visual style. We can discuss colours, consistency across the team and any changes of outfit during planning. Share your brand guidelines if the portraits need to match an existing image library.

Can you photograph our new board members or leadership team?

Yes. Include the participants, location, availability and intended publication date in your enquiry. We confirm availability and the production schedule before a booking is agreed.

Can we add workplace or PR photographs?

Yes. If you need photographs of teams at work, company spaces or a wider brand story, combine the portrait brief with our corporate and PR photography in Berlin. For conference coverage, see our event photography service.
