Tell us the event date, audience and publishing channels. Together we agree on the films, lengths, formats, quote and delivery schedule before filming.
02 · We film your event
Our crew follows the programme and agreed shot list. Interviews, camera positions and sound connections are coordinated with your event team in advance.
03 · Review the edit and receive your films
We send a first cut for your feedback. After two agreed revision rounds, we finish sound and colour and deliver the approved versions for your channels.

Is editing included?
Yes. Our video packages include professional editing and two rounds of revisions. The quote sets out the number of films, formats, graphics and additional deliverables.
Can you record interviews and the main programme?
Yes. We plan interview slots, audio connections and camera coverage in advance. For overlapping sessions, we recommend a crew that can cover both reliably.
Can you make vertical social videos?
Yes. Tell us the platforms and aspect ratios before the event so we can shoot with the final crops and formats in mind.
How long does delivery take?
We agree on the editing schedule before production. On-site, overnight and faster delivery can be arranged when your campaign needs content immediately.
Do you offer livestreaming and photography?
Yes. We can coordinate photography, video and livestreaming within one production plan. The technical setup and team are tailored to your venue and programme.
