For EHS Congress Berlin 2023, SeeSaw brought together event photography, videography and livestream production. The assignment ran across two days, with multiple locations and sessions taking place at the same time.

Photographing speakers and conversations

Our event photographer followed the speakers and the interactions around the programme. Alongside the presentations, the coverage focused on the small exchanges between participants that help tell the story of a congress.

A highlights film from the event

The videographer captured scenes from the programme and footage featuring the event chair. A highlights reel brought together key moments in a format that could be watched after the congress.

Multi-camera streaming on LinkedIn

The livestream team used several cameras to broadcast the event live on LinkedIn. Speaker names and titles appeared in the broadcast so that remote viewers could follow the presentations and identify who was speaking.

Photography, recorded video and live coverage had to work alongside one another while simultaneous sessions continued elsewhere. The combined team allowed each part of the assignment to receive dedicated attention. This was SeeSaw’s sixth year covering EHS Congress.
